the stairs go nowhere, especially not to heaven.
shooting under street lights, especially sodium vapour is a little bit of a challenge, even with digital cameras and white balance and the like. the colour is almost monochromatic, so you are really better off shooting black and white film. but if you play around in the dread software ship photoshop, you can get some interesting effects.
