Hate to be the naysayer, but Obama/Clinton isn’t the same as McCain. Neither may be my first choice, but in the real world they’re not my second choice either.
i’d say hillary and mccain are about the same, with obama a nose ahead. either way, the democrats in the legislature have shown the direction in which the country is headed and it’s not very pretty.
none of which means that people are obliged to vote for a democrat at all. Nader has a right to run, and people have a right to vote for him if they are disgusted enough at the machinations of the parties.
