so i went out today, and it started pouring. having anticipated this, i was carrying an umbrella. i had the road to myself pretty much, cause all the pedestrians and 2-wheeler riders were hiding from falling water. the rain stops and i find a guy roasting corn on the cob under the shelter of some plastic sheets and i buy one and eat it and it starts raining. i continue eating in the rain.
the corn was fresh and sweet, both literally and metaphorically. the corn in the picture pales in comparison.
hopefully i dont get sick because of walking around in the rain, but otherwise yeah… a fine evening. may we all have pleasant experiences like this.
